The Avaya 2402 phone is designed for users and areas where little advanced telephony is required - for example, lobbies or receptions.

Compatible with both the IP Office (avaya IP500) and Communications Manager platforms, the Avaya 2402 has a 2 line by 24 character display, with 10 fixed feature buttons including conference, transfer, drop, redial, speaker, messages, hold, mute, volume up & volume down. The Avaya 2402 phone has 14 programmable feature buttons and includes a listen-only hands free speaker (but no microphone). This phone is hearing aid compatible, and has a message waiting indicator which is also used as ringing call alert indicator. The Avaya 2402 allows 8 personalised ring patterns, comes in a multi-grey colour and is either desk or wall mountable.
