Avaya 5602 Phone

The Avaya 5602 IP phone is designed for users and areas where little advanced telephony is required - for example, lobbies or receptions.

Since the Avaya 5602 is specific to the IP Office platform, the Avaya 5602 does not have the additional cost incurred to make it compatible with Communication Manager and is therefore slightly lower priced than the 4602 model, the equivalent cross-platform model.

The Avaya 5602 has a 2 line by 56 character display, with 10 fixed feature buttons including conference, transfer, drop, redial, speaker, messages, hold, mute, volume up & volume down. The Avaya 5602 phone has 14 programmable feature buttons and includes a listen-only hands free speaker (but no microphone). This phone is hearing aid compatible, and has a message waiting indicator which is also used as ringing call alert indicator. The Avaya 5602 allows 8 personalised ring patterns, comes in a multi-grey colour and is either desk or wall mountable.
