Mitel 3300 Conferencing Allows you to connect three or more calls into a single telephone conversation. While you are in a Conference, you can use any of the features that would normally be available during a two-party call.

The Conference Split Feature Allows you to separate a 3-party conference so that two of the parties can speak privately, while the other is placed on Consultation Hold.
