Intercept Handling Allows the system to control what happens to a call when it cannot be completed as dialed.

Such a call may be routed to a tone or to a directory number; two destinations can be programmed for either condition.

January 2012: Telefonix Voice & Date and Mitel have parted company, and we no longer carry the Mitel telephone system, deepening our specialisation in Avaya IP500 instead.
