The Avaya 9610 IP Handset is designed for locations like stockrooms or lobbies, in which building visitors or employees desire simple telephone use with a familiar interface.  The 3.33 inch diagonal, backlit display supports a single call appearance, with no hold, conference or transfer capabilitites.  With a built-in web browser the 9610 enhances productivity with support for phone applications such as access to building directories, visitor information, news and events.

The Avaya 9610 IP Phone is only compatable with the Avaya Communication Manager platform which incorporates the Multivantage Express (MVE). It cannot be used with any of the Avaya IP Office range of business voip phone systems.
