The Avaya Communication Manager 1616 handset is designed for users who spend the majority of their day on the phone and for whom voice communication is an integral part of their job.  The 4 line by 24 character display supports 16 line appearances or feature keys.  This handset also supports Avaya wired and wireless headsets through an integrated headset jack.  The display has an adjustable viewing angle and displays additional caller related information to ease call handling.  This handset is compatible with a 32 button expansion module that provides an additional 48 feature keys or speed dial buttons.

The Avaya 1616 IP Phone is currently only compatible with the Avaya Communication Manager platform. However, we are pleased to announce that the whole Avaya 1600 range will soon be available on IP Office 4.2.
