The AVAYA 2410 Digital Handset is compatible with both AVAYA IP Office Telephone Systems and AVAYA Communication Manager. They will work with new Avaya IP Office IP500, IP406 and IP412 business phone systems.

Phone Manager : Use the Avaya 2410 Digital Phone in conjuction with Avaya Phone Manager Lite which is included as part of the Avaya IP Office phone system free of charge for every user and provides easy access to telephony features, call information and call control. Phone Manager will normally run in the Windows system tray once the user is logged on, minimizing screen space when not in use.
Voicemail: When using the Avaya 2410 Digital handset with the integrated Avaya Voicemail system for IP Office you will be sure never to miss a call again. When you have a voicemail you handset will have a red light on the top of the display. By pressing the Messages button you will get instant access to all your messages. You can always set up voicemail notification via email if you so wish as well.
Conferencing: On the Avaya phones there is a conference button which allows you easy access to put customers or colleagues into instant conference calls when needed, up to 64 parties can be conferenced as long as your Avaya IP Phone System has enough lines.
