The Avaya AWH 75 Wireless Headsets are of superior quality and have to be "heard" to be believed. We can demonstrate the full range of headsets at our Customer Experience Centre. They are attached to the Avaya IP Office IP 500 Business Phone System and work intrinsically together. There is no need for the old style handset lifters to answer the call as Plantronics have worked closely with Avaya in ensuring that this AWH 75 Wireless Headset is seamless when paired with the IP Office phone system, along with the Avaya Communication Manager (The IP Office's bigger brother).

The range is truely incredible and really gives the user extreme mobility and flexible working to a level not seen before. This headset would be the envy of most call centre and contact centre agents, whether inbound or outboud dialling.
