The Avaya IP Office IP 412 phone system provides greater internal data transfer capability than the IP406v2, as well as greater trunk expansion capability of up to four PRI trunks.  This business phone system supports up to twelve IP Office expansion modules, and a combination of up to 360 analogue telephones, digital telephones and IP telephones.  This AVAYA phone system also provides capacity for 8 analogue trunks, 4 digital trunks and optionally SIP trunks.  Within the AVAYA IP Office family, this particular telephone system is ideal for meeting the needs of a small contact centre or any small to medium sized business with a CRM focus.
