Text-to-Speech is a facility that allows email messages to be retrieved as simply and easily as voicemail messages. Once the required Text To Speech license key is purchased Text To Speech services can be loaded onto any Voicemail Pro server (TTS is not available with Embedded Voicemail or Voicemail Lite). Voicemail Pro will then present users with a list of voicemail as well as email messages, email messages are simply read to the user over the phone and can be done in any of the 14 languages supported by Voicemail Pro. Not only can users use TTS to retrieve their email, but this facility also allows them to record a voice reply to any email message and send it as a WAV attachment in a reply email.
