For almost 15 years, Telefonix has supported the FCL Group by providing intuitive IT and telephony solutions to meet their business challenges. The range of solutions provided covered two company divisions: FCL Global Forwarding and FCL Health Solutions.


FCL Global Forwarding provide bespoke transport & logistics solutions, including road, sea, and air freight, plus cargo and supply chain services, while FCL Health Solutions cover the manufacture and wholesaling of medical products worldwide. With such large scale services, and many sites spread across the UK, FCL needed a good quality broadband connection and hosted telephony solution to ensure their operations remained efficient and productive.


Telefonix provided the Gamma Horizon cloud telephony system with the Akixi 1000 call logging solution. This allowed employees to utilise all the benefits of a hosted system such as increased business continuity and no capital outlay, along with the feature rich call reporting of the Akixi platform, detailing comprehensive call history records and statistics.

A hosted telephony solution is only as effective as the internet connection it runs on, so Telefonix provided a high speed broadband solution to compliment FCL’s multi site telephony processes.
