Avaya 1600 Phones

The Avaya 1600 Series IP Telephones (also known as Avaya one-X Deskphone Value Edition) is a series of cost-effective IP Telephones that deliver familiar features at an attractive price point for customers with basic communications needs. The series includes a portfolio of phones designed to meet a range of end-user needs including the call centre. Combining the features of traditional telephones and the latest in telephone user experience, 1600 Series IP Telephones provide critical capabilities not often found in competitively priced models.

The series consists of four models, the 16CC, 1603, 1608 and 1616, the latter of which also supports a 32 button expansion module. With the exception of the 16CC which is designed for use with the Communication Manager-specific "Avaya Call Centre" package, the series is compatible with both the Avaya IP Office platform and the Communication Manager platform. It is therefore the logical choice for any company eyeing an eventual upgrade from IP Office to Communications Manager. As a budget model, the 1600 range represents the right phone at the right price at the right time: with this range, the more price sensitive customer has additional functionality to choose from to suit the needs of their business which is not usually found at such a competitive pricepoint.

Avaya 1600 Phone Series Gallery

The 1603 is the entry-level handset of the 1600 range, and supports three line appearances / feature keys

The 1608 is next model up in the range, and supports eight line appearances / feature keys

The top of the range model is the 1616, which supports 16 line appearances / feature keys on the phone itself and a 32-button expansion model (shown)

The 16CC Agent Deskphone is an endpoint which provides provides basic "Automatic Call Distribution" agent functions
