Telefonix Voice & Data is, above all, an Avaya house: we are one of only a handful of Avaya "SME Expert" companies in the UK, an accreditation that is reserved for companies that are specialists in IP Office, having invested in staff accreditation, remote system analysis/maintenance and in-house demonstration equipment. Our relationship with IP Office goes back to the 1990s before it was bought out by Avaya and still known as Network Alchemy.

Telefonix Voice & Data is a Microsoft "Small Business Specialist", awarded to solutions partners who specialize in the design, deployment, customization of small business solutions using Microsoft technology. As a company we have put in and we mainitain numerous installs of exchange server 2003, 2007 and other Microsoft products such as Sharepoint etc.

Zeacom makes superior contact centre software that lifts IP Office firmly into the enterprise sphere but at a fraction of the cost. Telefonix Voice & Data were the first IP Office partner accepted into Zeacom's new UK SME partner programme in 2011. Our excellent reach into the company means that their best tier 4 technical staff are at our call when you want bespoke Zeacom functionality.

Telefonix Voice & Data first put its customers onto VMWare solutions in 2009 and have since gone on and become a full business partner. VMWare is the leading purveyor of virtualisation software and systems: in 2007, VMWare achieved the highest valuation since Google went public in 2004: 97% of Fortune 500 companies are VMware clients and we believe that virtualization - the idea of using a single server to run many operating systems and applications - gives similar cost benefits for the SME marketplace.

HP is a company that specialises in the opposite end of the server spectrum to VMWare: blade server hardware providing a complete a-z infrastructure for busineses that have reasons to prefer in-house servers over virtualisation. Telefonix Voice & Data have been a partner since the 1990s and this is one of the two standard hardware solutions that we tend to create for our clients.

IBM has been one of the world's leading server solutions for the last 25 years and has a range of products from topend USDoD DARPA petascale supercomputer architecture at the topend to SME server solutions at the smaller end. Sonicwall has a range of internet appliances primarily directed at content control and network security. These include devices providing services for network firewalls, UTMs (Unified Threat Management), VPNs (Virtual Private Network), backup and recovery, and anti-spam for email. Sonicwall's Aventail devices are a typical solution for our customers.

Some of Telefonix Voice & Data's largest IT contracts involve the use of Citrix remote working solutions used inhouse to create low-cost universal access. This was in effect virtualisation before it was actually known as such - Telefonix Voice & Data have provided Citrix solutions since the 1990s.

Netgear's range of products are primarily focused in the networking market, with networking products for small business use, including wired and wireless technology. Netgear also markets various network appliances for the business sector, such as managed switches and wired and wireless VPN firewalls. Netgear is one of various sources of such products that Telefonix Voice & Data uses for its solutions.

Tri-Line is a British company based in central London specialising in the development of telecommunications management information products, primarily in the field of call logging and accounting, recording, CTI and statistics software. Tri-Line is responsible for the Tim Call Recording and Tim Call Logging packages, which work very nicely with IP Office.

Rostrvm Solutions Limited is an innovative UK-based company that designs, develops and supports software applications for the call centre and back office process management and reporting. The Rostrvm package works extremily well with IP Office, adding outbound, predictive, progressive and preview dialers to the IP Office mix.
