Messages
The Avaya 5410 allows you to set a number of different messages on your phone, which you can choose to use as you see fit. The messages options are accessed by
- Press the messages key first, marked with an envelope
- Press the 3
You will now hear the various message and greeting options. You have a choice of 10 messages that you can set, and choose to use whenever it suits you. For example one message when you're in a meeting, a different one for a business trip, another for holidays... etc
