The Avaya 9620 IP Handset is designed for users that rely on the phone as an integral part of their job, but use several forms of communication such as SMS and email.  The 3.45 inch diagonal, backlit display supports up to 12 call appearances or feature keys, with 3 concurrent line appearances visible at any time.  The context sensitive interface provides a high quality and intuitive telephone for voice communications.

The Avaya 9620 IP Phone is only compatable with the Avaya Communication Manager platform which incorporates the Multivantage Express (MVE). It cannot be used with any of the Avaya IP Office range of business voip phone systems.
