The Avaya Communication Manager 9650 IP Handset is designed for people who spend the majority of their time on the phone, such as receptionists, executive assistants, administrative staff and contact centre agents. The backlit display and intuitive interface make easy work of answering incoming calls, transferring calls to other extensions, and monitoring several bridged appearances.
The 9650 boasts noise cancelling audio in both the handset and speakerphone, as well as one-touch access to bridged appearances, speed dials and feature keys. The integrated web browser and application interface supports applications such as LDAP corporate directories and integration with Microsoft office Outlook calendars. This handset supports up to three 24 button expansion modules that provide additional call appearances, bridge appearances and administered feature keys, including speed dials.
The Avaya 9650 IP Phone is only compatable with the Avaya Communication Manager platform which incorporates the Multivantage Express (MVE). It cannot be used with any of the Avaya IP Office range of business voip phone systems.
