Four levels of cover are available to our customers and all our support is carried out by in-house Tier 1,2,3 or 4 engineers. We are a 1 stop support service for all your needs and we pride ourselves on the standard of service we are able to deliver.

Gold IT Support

The Gold IT package from Telefonix Voice & Data is our extended package, which comprises:

• Hardware & software fault resolution
• Hours covered are 7am till 10pm Mon - Sat (excluding Bank Holidays)
• 2 Hour Response Guarantee
• 6 annual site visits
• Support Per Hour: £60.00
• Support Per Half Day: £275.00
• Support Per Full Day: £500.00
• Consultancy: £995.00 - covers extra project planning & network troubleshooting
