Story: The relocation to larger premises for the rapidly expanding financial services company has meant they needed to invest in a highly specified telephony solution to meet their brokers high expectations and needs. Once again the IP Office came up with all the answers for them.  After a lengthy pre-installation consultation an implementation plan and system specifics were confirmed.  The system was implemented in conjunction with their IT systems move to ensure the minimum disruption for the business. They are now using the system and a lot of its capabilities.
