IT and Telephony Support Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will provide the highest level of customer service to our valuable customers. The applicant must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to assist the IT and Telephony Support departments in all aspects of IT applications support, both internally via the help desk and at the customer site.

The ideal applicant will meet the following criteria:

The successful applicant will also be required to install and maintain Windows based telephony applications on customer sites for which full training will be provided.

Excellent customer facing and communication skills are essential. Applicant must have a clean, valid driving license. Competitive salary and benefits dependant on skills & experience.


IP Office Phone System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IP Office Telephone Installation Engineer to join our converged voice and data trilogy of companies. You must have Avaya Accreditations and have at least 2 years experience. You will be fluent in all aspects of IP Office range, installations, upgrades including VoIP, Voicemail Pro & Auto Attendant, DECT and have experience with call centre apps. Knowledge of other phone systems is a bonus but not essential, as this role will pre-dominantly be focusing on the Avaya IP Office PABX's. You will be field based and therefore must have a clean driving license. Vehicle will be provided as will laptop and mobile phone. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a desire to provide excellent customer service at all times. Also with the ability to identify client needs whilst you are out on site.
