The NMS Adaptive call recorder solution is a small call recording box connected between the phone lines and your telephone system used to record phone calls. Telefonix Voice & Data supplies, fits and maintains any make of telephone system with this call recording solution. The NMS Adaptive call recorder connects to a USB port of a PC and all calls made and received on the lines are recorded and stored onto the hard disk of the PC.
NMS Adaptive Call Recorder provides software that enables you to locate recordings and play them back. Call recordings can also be exported to .WAV format so that you can email them to your customers or save them onto MP3 players for use in training. Because the NMS Adaptive Call Recorder solution uses standard PCs to make and store the call recordings, no new PCs need to be purchased. By adding more disk space the PC can store more hours. As a rule of thumb, 100 hours of recordings requires about 1GB of hard disk space. Backup and archive of the recordings can be undertaken using standard PC DVD or tape drives - this become part of your standard computer backup routine. Calls can be recorded in various industry standard encryption standards. This provides both an extra level of security and protection for your business and satisfies legal requirements regarding evidence in court - only encrypted call recordings can be used in court.
There are three versions of the NMS Adaptive Call Recorder software: Basic, Standard and Professional.
