Phone System Support - Silver

Telefonix Voice & Data offer full maintenance services on all the systems in our portfolio, including one year's complementary support when you initially purchase your new Avaya or Mitel telephone system through us.

Four levels of cover are available to our customers and all our maintenance calls are carried out by our own in-house Avaya and Mitel trained and qualified engineers. If you are not already one of our customers, why not ask us to give you a free quotation for your annual maintenance. Our rates are extremely competitive and we pride ourselves on the standard of service we are able to deliver.

As part of your purchase of a telephone system from Telefonix Voice & Data, we include a one year bronze phone system support contract.

Silver Phone System Support

The Silver package from Telefonix Voice & Data comprises:

• Hardware fault resolution
• Software fault resolution
• All parts & labour covered
• System failures & severe faults - 4 hr resolution time
• Major Faults - 8 hr resolution time
• Minor Faults - 16 hr resolution time
• Unlimited user adds, moves & changes
• Account Manager review after 12 months
• Discounted Telefonix Voice & Data line/call charges
• Working hours covered are 9am till 6pm Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays)
