Polycom Conference Phones

Polycom Conference Phones work with any of our phone systems, and are usually placed inside meeting rooms for round-the-table conferences with colleagues abroad or working remotely. They do not have the onscreen CTI features of the telephone systems but these can be accessed on computers joined up to the conference phone.

Polycom SoundPoint Pro SE220

The Polycom SoundPoint Pro Conference Phone works seamlessly with the Avaya range of Business phone systems. When the Soundpoint Pro SE220 Conference Phone is teamed with the Avaya IP Office it creates a powerful conferencing system aimed at small to medium businesses. The Avaya IP Office Phone system has a conferencing application that can be used to set up conference calls and meetings, with email alerts to the users. Together with the Soundpoint Pro SE220 Conference Phone it can even dial the users so that they do not have to remember to call into the bridge.

The 225 is a slightly more advanced model than the 220, with more speed dials and call history items.

The 2W is a wireless model for smaller conference rooms, and has 360 degree microphone coverage (IP Office only).
