Highly experienced in our field, we can fit any make of door entry system to any compatible phone system. Couple this with the CCTV systems we also fit, it'll give you peace of mind from a security point of view, and best of all, lower insurance premiums.

Our phone systems can all be set up to use entry systems. For example, the Avaya IP 500 phone system can be set up to work in the following manner. If anyone rings the frontdoor bell, all (or a selected group) phones will produce a unique ring, indicating that this is a front door request. Any operator can then answer the phone, speak to the person calling and open the door from their desk. There is no limitation on this other than the door system has to have the standard jack plug installed.

If your company does not have an door entry system connected to your phone system, then installing one is easy and does not cost much, regardless of the phone system. We'll recommend the door entry unit and use the spare analogue extension port on your telephone system. The door entry system will then ring an individual or group of handsets. Once answered you can release the lock by dialling '0'.
