Avaya 5620 Phone

The Avaya 5620 phone is designed for executive users, having a fantastic 7 line by 56 character display together with a dedicated messages button to collect voicemail; the ultimate in executive convenience.

Since the Avaya 5620 is specific to the IP Office platform, the Avaya 5620 does not have the additional cost incurred to make it compatible with Communication Manager and is therefore slightly lower priced than the 4620 model, the equivalent cross-platform model.

The Avaya 5620 has a 7 line x 29 character display, 10 fixed feature buttons (conference, transfer, drop, redial, speaker, messages, hold, mute, volume up, volume down) and 56 programmable feature buttons. Together with the two-way hands-free speaker and microphone, the 5620 is fully hearing aid compatible. The Message Waiting Indicator is also a ringing call alert indicator, and the phone has up to 8 personalised ring patterns. The embedded applications include: speed dial list (48), call log (missed, incoming, outgoing) and wap wml browser, whilst the phone also has fully upgradeable firmware. The phone supports the EU56 DSS expansion module (with additional Avaya 1151 power supply). The 5620 comes in a multi-grey colour scheme, is desk or wall mountable and an adjustable desk stand is supplied with the phone.
