Avaya IP Office comes with standard conferencing features that require no separate conferencing equipment.
These features allow callers to dial directly into an allocated conference bridge which can be remotely managed by a single user from any location. IP Office Conferencing features can also support more immediate conferences by calling all parties and bringing them to the conference bridge.
Avaya Voicemail Pro enhances the IP Office conferencing facility by allowing users to record a personalised greeting per conference and by preventing unauthorised access to the conference bridge through PIN Codes, Caller ID screening and time and date profiles.
Avaya IP Office is now compatible with the Conferencing Centre optional licence application. This is a web-based software package that consists of Conferencing Centre Scheduler, which allows users to book and reserve conferences, and Conferencing Centre web client, which adds a visual presentation web interface to complement audio conference.
