The Polycom SoundStation 2W Conference Phone works seamlessly with the Avaya range of Business phone systems. When the Soundpoint Pro SE225 Conference Phone is teamed with the Avaya IP Office it creates a powerful conferencing system aimed at medium to large businesses.
The Avaya IP Office Phone system has a conferencing application that can be used to set up conference calls and meetings, with email alerts to the users. Together with the Soundpoint Pro SE225 Conference Phone it can even dial the users so that they do not have to remember to call into the bridge.
