The ABT 35S Headset is an ideal headset for road warriors, telecommuters, sales representatives and mobile workers. It is designed for workers who have a desk in the office and also spend a lot of time talking on the road via mobile.
The Avaya ABT 35S Wireless Headsets are made for Avaya by Plantronics, are of superior quality and have to be "heard" to be believed. We can demonstrate the full range of headsets at our Customer Experience Centre. They are attached to the Avaya IP Office IP 500 Business Phone System and work intrinsically together.
There is no need for the old style handset lifters to answer the call as Plantronics have worked closely with Avaya in ensuring that this ABT 35S Wireless Headset is seamless when paired with the IP Office phone system, along with the Avaya Communication Manager (The IP Office's bigger brother).
The range of this Avaya handset is incredible and really gives the user extreme mobility and flexible working to a level not seen before. This headset would be the envy of most call centre and contact centre agents, whether inbound or outbound dialling.
