The Avaya Index System was discontinued in 2006. Avaya Index users can migrate to Avaya IP 500 or Avaya Communications Manager with Telefonix. Upgrading to one of these Avaya systems is not only guaranteed to lower your ongoing maintenance fees, but will also give you the most modern features available.
The natural successor to the Avaya Index system for most small companies is the Avaya IP 500. This, the latest member of the Avaya IP Office family, is our most popular Avaya product. For small companies, the IP500 is a well-priced system, coming in well below other manufacturers. This continues if your business grows: additional licences can be purchased to enable more features. We consider IP Office to be an excellent replacement for Avaya Index, as did L'Oreal (UK) Ltd (view case-study).
For larger companies, we would recommend Avaya Communications Manager as the natural replacement to Avaya Index. As Avaya experts, we are in a position to offer excellent deals to people migrating from Avaya Index to other Avaya systems. Contact us on 01252 333888 if you'd like to discuss your options:
