The Polycom SoundPoint Pro Conference Phone works seamlessly with the Avaya range of Business phone systems. When teamed with the Avaya IP Office it creates a very powerful conferencing system aimed at small to medium businesses.
The Avaya IP Office Phone system has a conferencing application that can be used to set up conference calls and meetings, with email alerts to the users. It can even dial the users so that they do not have to remember to call into the bridge.
