The natural successor to the Avaya Lucent INDeX system for most small companies is the Avaya IP 500. This, the latest member of the Avaya IP Office family, is our most popular Avaya product. For small companies, the IP500 is a well-priced system, coming in well below other manufacturers. This continues if your business grows: additional licences can be purchased to enable more features. Avaya Lucent INDeX Support Ending 2009
Update from Avaya: October 2008. The Avaya Lucent INDeX is being withdrawn from sale, with NEW APPLICATIONS AND UPGRADES NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND SUPPORT ENDING IN MAY 2009.
