Based completely on SIP, the one-X makes use of peer-to-peer technology. Yet all the telephony features users expect from an VOIP PBX are readily available, including voice mail, e-mail notification for voice mail, conferencing, an auto-attendant, and much more.
The Avaya One-X VOIP PBX system exemplifies call management features such as Call Forward, Conferencing, Call Park, Page and Retrieve. The Avaya One-X phone system is also equipped with Voicemail, Teleworker, Multisite Provisioning Tool and Auto Attendant. The system is ideal for anyone interested in a scalable solution, because as you add employees, all you have to do is simply add additional phones.
