Telefonix Voice & Data provide a comprehensive set of business connectivity packages and options to our customers, backed up by SLAs and most importantly, 365/365, 24/7 support. The packages range from a dedicated top tier MPLS service, suitable for 50 user+ corporate environments, to the basic ADSL package suitable for employees who are also home workers but lack broadband.

MPLS

For 50+ user businesses that run VPNs, IP telephony and business critical programmes such as accounts packages and stock information, which require large amounts of bandwidth and fast upload and download speeds. MPLS is a fully managed service with many value added services such as Internet connectivity, security hardware, specialist engineering time, network design, SLAs and most importantly, 24/7 support.

Leased Lines

A fully managed dedicated internet leased line service which includes hardware, 24/7, 365/365 helpline, 6-hour problem-resolution times, and speeds upwards from 2Mb - ensuring very fast, always-on access for your business-critical systems and applications. Cheaper than MPLS but better than *dsl.

SDSL

A premium 'symmetric digital subscriber line' (a broadband service) for businesses with high data or bandwidth requirements. With SDSL you can download and upload at the same speed - which makes SDSL upload speeds up to 4 times faster than other *DSL broadband connections.

ADSL2+

A business quality ADSL package which is uncontended with consumer traffic. With business-only connectivity you gain access to a consistent, credible connectivity for your business-critical communications. Used by most SME & Home Office enterprises.

ADSL

An always-on Internet connectivity service which is up to 40 times faster than a 56k Modem.
