IP Office: Soft Console

This is a quick start guide on IP Office Soft Console

When using soft console to transfer calls, you need to create personal speed dials. When changes to the users on the system occur, for instance John on extension 201 switches with Tod on extension 202, these buttons will need to be edited.

In the box on the bottom left corner right click a blank space and select 'new'. From here, you will need to fill out the user's name and select their extension from the drop down list.

Keep in mind that the drop down list is live information from the phone system. If these extension changes have not been made in the management software, the information that you receive will not be up to date.
