IP Office: Making Huntgroup Changes

Huntgroups are the bread and butter of any phone system, when using Avaya IP Office these changes have been made incredibly simple.

What you will need.

Start by opening up manager, getting logged in and navigating to the huntgroup tab on the left hand side then the huntgroup you wish to amend from the middle tab (see red highlight on image). Next we need to select the "Edit" button from here we can see all the users on the telephone system to add one to the group just double click the user or highlight and press append.
