IP Office: Recording Voicemail

To record a voicemail message for either a hunt group or a user you follow the same process. All you will need for this guide is a handset and knowledge of the extension number and mailbox code.

Firstly you need to get to the recordings menu by dialing *99 + extension number followed by # then the mailbox code followed by # again finally dial 3. Once you have done the above you should be greeted by a options menu. From this point you should follow the given instructions as every IPO can vary. Also this short code may not be defaulted and you may be required to either program one or have your maintainer do so for you.
