We are looking for an experienced IP Office Telephone Installation Engineer to join our converged voice and data trilogy of companies. You must have Avaya Accreditations and have at least 2 years experience. You will be fluent in all aspects of IP Office range, installations, upgrades including VoIP, Voicemail Pro & Auto Attendant, DECT and have experience with call centre apps. Knowledge of other phone systems is a bonus but not essential, as this role will pre-dominantly be focusing on the Avaya IP Office PABX's. You will be field based and therefore must have a clean driving license. Vehicle will be provided as will laptop and mobile phone. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a desire to provide excellent customer service at all times. Also with the ability to identify client needs whilst you are out on site.

These are varied and challenging roles for experienced field service/support engineers who can install, configure and fault-find a wide range of PC based products and MS Servers. Candidates should have 18+ months experience in commercial support, ideally with a 3rd Party solutions/computer maintenance provider supporting MS products such as:
