Phone System Training
Once your phone system has been successfully installed, Telefonix provides full training for your users both immediately after the installation itself, and follow-up sessions to help users with questions afterwards. We simply consider it a courtesy part of the project that onsite training be included, as well as full reference manuals and our number to call if anyone ever has any questions.
- Full documentation is distributed prior to the install so that the staff has a chance to familiarise itself prior to switching over to the new system.
- Immediately following the install, one of our trainers will come down and do onsite training in small groups or on an individual basis, as needed. In our experience it works better to train staff in the office using the system rather than a training system in a training centre which does not have the same configuration (short codes etc)
- We aim to follow this up with another follow up training session after a fortnight or so; during this time we will also collect all questions that are put to us and bat them back to the users in the form of a document that can be duistributed company-wide as a cribsheet for all staff.
- If there are any questions afterwards, we are always available for further training and/or new staff training: our support phone line is just a call away.
- Of course we'll also leave copies of our training library with companies, so that the reference material is always available, regardless.
- We also provide "train the trainers" facilities, to ensure that your IT staff are knowledgable and able to train any new staff yourselves, if so desired.
