The features include unlimited user configuration, graphical reports, user definable filters and live presentation of call statistics. A full range of selection and sort criteria are available for each report, allowing the user to tailor reports to corporate or individual needs.
In essence, this makes it possible to monitor all activity and have reports delivered to you every week automatically into your inbox. As a company you will then be able to ask and answer questions such as have I got enough/too many lines, how many calls are we losing etc.
