Property Management System (PMS) is A Voice Mail feature that allows the hospitality industry to connect their Hotel PMS systems to the voice mail application via an IP interface.
This IP connection allows the PMS to notify voice mail when a user checks in or checks out. Based on this information the voice mail system either creates or deletes a mailbox for the guest.
