The Follow Me To facility allows a user to take their calls from another location, whether this is an internal or external number. This feature can be set at the user's extension or via the Phone Manager application. The Follow Me Here facility allows a user to take their calls from another extension. This feature can be set at the destination extension. In both cases, if the redirected call receives busy tone or is not answered then the call behaves as though the user's extension had failed to answer and will follow the user’s Forward settings.
